16 Points

The Sixteen Points are a comprehensive set of guidelines for our physical, mental and spiritual development. They were first introduced in 1971 by Shrii P. R. Sarkar (also known by His spiritual name, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti). These points are both a system of caring for our general health and well-being as well as a practical means of balancing our lives within the modern world. Based on the ancient techniques of yoga, the Sixteen Points lay a solid foundation on which to realize our human potential and achieve inner happiness and fulfillment, to achieve spiritual liberation – moksha.
